The Carnival Fun Experts is a family-run carnival event production company in Orange County & Riverside. We own the equipment, drive the trucks, run the games, and pack out — start to finish, one team. Since 2007 we've produced over 7,500 events across Southern California, from backyard birthdays to citywide festivals.

How we work
One team, start to finish. You tell us the date, the headcount, and the venue. We bring the trucks, the equipment, the staff, the supplies, and the setup crew. We open on schedule. We strike out by close-of-event. You handle the guests; we handle everything else.
No coordinating multiple rental shops, no separate inflatable + concession + entertainer quotes, no end-of-night equipment to return. The catalog you see on this site is mostly equipment we own and warehouse in Southern California — which is why we can give you a written quote within 48 hours instead of waiting on sub-vendors.
The team
What started with a single cotton candy machine, a hand-built game, two booths, and a whole lot of ambition has grown into a full team of trained attendants, drivers, and setup crew — people who've worked together long enough to make a 50-booth event look easy. We're proud of how far we've come, and in Q2 2027 we're opening the model up to franchise partners.

What we don't do
We don't do single-item rentals. Every event we produce is a full event — minimum scope is one of our pre-built birthday packages, or a custom event quote. This keeps quality high — every piece of equipment arrives staffed and ready, run by someone who's used it a hundred times.
Insurance + permits
Fully insured: general liability and workers' comp on all staff. We provide a certificate of insurance (COI) for any venue that requires one.
