What does The Carnival Fun Experts do?
The Carnival Fun Experts is a full-service carnival event production company serving Orange County & Riverside since 2007. We deliver, set up, run, and pack out carnival-style events — booths, games, inflatables, rides, concessions, attendants, and themed décor — for birthdays, schools, corporate family days, fundraisers, and community festivals.
How much does a carnival event cost?
Backyard birthday packages start at $1,295 (Premium tier). Full carnival events for schools, corporates, and fundraisers run $3,000 to $15,000+ depending on guest count, hours, and what's included. Every quote includes delivery, setup, attendants, and breakdown — no hidden fees.
What's included in a carnival rental?
Every event includes delivery, full setup, trained attendants for staffed items, all supplies (prizes, food stock, signage), and breakdown. The customer doesn't move equipment.
How far in advance should I book?
Two to four weeks for most weekends. Peak season (spring and fall) books out faster — earlier is always safer. Saturdays book first.
How long do events run?
Our standard event runs up to 3 hours. Beyond that we structure as a rental with additional fees for staffing, equipment time, and extra supplies based on scope.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Orange County & Riverside and surrounding Southern California areas. Larger events may have delivery fee adjustments based on distance.
Can I rent just one ride or inflatable?
We're a full-event production company, not a single-item rental shop. The minimum scope is one of our pre-built birthday packages or a custom event quote. This keeps our service quality high — every event arrives staffed and ready.
