How far in advance should I book?

How much does a carnival event cost?

Backyard birthday packages start at $1,295 (Premium tier). Full carnival events — schools, corporate family days, fundraisers — range from $3,000 to $15,000+ depending on guest count, hours, and what's included. Every quote covers delivery, setup, attendants, supplies, and breakdown. No hidden fees.

What's your service area?

We serve Orange County, Riverside & San Bernardino and surrounding Southern California areas. For events outside that range we'll quote — delivery fees may scale with distance.

How long do events typically run?

Our standard event runs up to 3 hours — that covers most birthdays, school carnivals, corporate family days, and fundraisers. For longer events (4-8 hours), we structure it as a rental with additional fees for staffing, equipment time, and any extra supplies. Tell us your real duration when you inquire and we'll quote accordingly.

Do you bring your own staff?

Yes. Every booth, ride, and interactive attraction includes attendants. Concessions are staffed or self-serve — your call. You handle your own greeters and front-of-house volunteers; we handle everything else.

What's included in the price?

Accepted Answer

Every event includes delivery, full setup, trained attendants for staffed items, all supplies (prizes, food stock, signage), and breakdown. Not included: generator rental if you need power, and any extra supplies beyond the listed quantities. One line item that's automatically added to every contract is a Damage Fee Waiver — 7.5% of the rental subtotal (excluding staffed attractions and labor) — which covers ordinary wear-and-tear on equipment.

Can I rent just one bounce house or one ride?

No — we're a full-event production company, not a single-item rental shop. The minimum scope is one of our pre-built birthday packages or a custom event quote (typically $1,500+). The reason: our setup, staff, and delivery costs don't pencil out for one item. Every event we produce arrives fully staffed and ready.

How does the quote process work?

Tell us what you want via the contact form — date, headcount, address, what you're imagining. We come back with a written quote within about 24 hours. Once you approve, we lock in your date with a 50% deposit; the balance is due before the event.

Do you have insurance?

Accepted Answer

Yes — $2M general liability and we provide a certificate of insurance (COI) for any venue that needs one. We carry workers' comp on all staff. Many schools, corporate venues, and city parks require this paperwork; we have it ready.

What's your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations are handled on a sliding scale based on how close to the event the cancellation happens: more than 90 days out, 10% of the contract total is non-refundable. 60-90 days: 25%. 7-60 days: 50%. Less than 7 days: 100%. After our team has arrived on-site: 100% due regardless. Cancellations must be received in writing (email is fine).

What happens if it rains?

You can postpone the event if rain, high winds, lightning, or flooding is forecast. We need notice no later than 24-36 hours before the event. Postponed events can be rescheduled within 12 months at no additional charge, subject to our calendar. If we recommend postponing for safety and you agree, your deposit is refunded. If you choose to proceed despite our recommendation and the event gets rained out, no refund.

Do you provide power, or do I need to?

Power is not included. If your venue doesn't have outdoor outlets within reach of the booths, we'll quote a generator rental as a separate line. Most school yards, community centers, and corporate lots have power; backyards usually need a generator for full-power booth setups.

Do you do indoor events?

Yes — gyms, ballrooms, hotel function rooms, community centers, even larger residential garages. We size the equipment to your space (smaller 5x5 tents instead of 10x10 booths, scaled-down inflatables). Tell us the dimensions when you inquire.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Credit card, ACH, and checks. A 50% deposit is required to reserve the date, time, and services. The balance is due before the event. Day-of cash payment to the driver is accepted but requires prior office notification.

Do you do themed events?

Yes — we have eight in-house themes we build parties around: Classic Carnival, Kids Carnival, Princess, Safari, Western, Hawaiian, Freakshow Carnival (Halloween), and Gala Carnival. Tell us which one when you inquire and we'll customize décor, prizes, and signage to fit. Or stick with the Classic Carnival look if you want the traditional red-and-white striped vibe.

Can I see equipment before booking?

Our catalog has photos of every booth, ride, inflatable, concession, and entertainer we offer — that's how most customers preview. If you have a specific piece you want a closer look at, tell us when you inquire and we'll send extra photos or video.
