Good to know
Concession machines (popcorn, cotton candy, snow cones, hot dogs, etc.) need power. Supplies and an attendant are required to run them, but both are quoted separately from the machine rental:
- Power required All concession machines need 110V on a dedicated circuit. Hot dog steamers and nacho cheese warmers draw more — we'll flag what needs its own outlet.
- Supplies sold separately The machine rental doesn't include consumables — popcorn kernels, cotton candy sugar, cones, syrups, cups, napkins. We quote supplies by volume based on your guest count.
- Attendant sold separately Concession machines need someone running them. You can add a trained MLC attendant (quoted per machine, per hour) or staff the booth with your own volunteers — your call.
