Easter events are built around the egg hunt, and the hunt itself is over in about ten minutes, baskets filled and done. The carnival is what makes the morning last: a wooden ring-toss game anchors the pastel-striped booth row, a balloon arch goes up live at the entry, and a kid zone holds families on site before and after the hunt. Our Easter Themed Booth swaps the standard red-and-white for pastel striping with a scalloped valance, backdrop, top wrap, half sides and front, the same 10x10 booth in a spring palette. Easter moves on the calendar every year, but every church, HOA, school and parks-and-rec department in town still wants the Saturday before it, so bookings cluster hard onto that one date.

Easter bookings tend to open six to eight weeks ahead of the date, and because the holiday moves every year but the Saturday before it is fixed once the date is set, that single Saturday is the busiest day of the season.
