Trunk-or-treats, fall festivals, and school Halloween carnivals across Southern California.
Halloween is the one The Carnival Fun Experts season built around a single calendar date instead of a multi-week window, and that single date changes the whole booking rhythm. A Christmas client picks from six weeks of December Saturdays; a Halloween client is competing for one of the two or three Saturdays nearest October 31st, so schools and churches that lock a vendor by August are locking the calendar date, not just the vendor. The booths change for real too: a Fourth of July carnival needs no new booth covers at all, but Halloween swaps the standard red-and-white for orange-and-white, black-and-white, or purple-and-white striping, with strolling entertainers working the crowd and themed props, balloons, and string lights dressing the site. Larger field events add the inflatable Zombie Maze, a walk-through attraction that sits alongside the reskinned game booths, concessions, and prizes. Guests bring their own costumes, and a costume contest folds easily into the program; the booths, entertainers, décor, and the maze are what The Carnival Fun Experts brings.
Backyard trunk-or-treat ($1.5K-4K), neighborhood or church fall festival ($4K-10K), full school or corporate Halloween carnival ($10K-20K+). Halloween compresses hard onto a handful of October Saturdays, so most bookings lock in by August for an October date.
