The Carnival Fun Experts is a family-run carnival event production company in Orange County & Riverside. We own the equipment, drive the trucks, run the games, and pack out — start to finish, one team. Since 2007 we've produced over 7,500 events across Southern California, from backyard birthdays to citywide festivals.

How we work
One team, start to finish. You tell us the date, the headcount, and the venue. We bring the trucks, the equipment, the staff, the supplies, and the setup crew. We open on schedule. We strike out by close-of-event. You handle the guests; we handle everything else.
No coordinating multiple rental shops, no separate inflatable + concession + entertainer quotes, no end-of-night equipment to return. The catalog you see on this site is mostly equipment we own and warehouse in Southern California — which is why we can give you a written quote within 48 hours instead of waiting on sub-vendors.
The team
Family-run since day one. Mom runs operations + inquiries + the content side. Omar handles the catalog, photography, and the tech that keeps it all running. Behind them is a trained crew of attendants, drivers, and setup staff who've worked together long enough to make a 50-booth event look easy.
What you'll notice when we show up
Small things that add up — the kind of stuff you only learn after a couple thousand events.
- The truck rolls up early. If you said open at noon, we're parked, unloaded, and tested by 11:15.
- The popcorn hits before the gates open. Fresh batch, not the morning's. It's the first thing kids smell.
- Every booth has a person. No "self-serve" on a carnival floor — staff at every game, every concession, every inflatable.
- We clean up like we were never there. Trash bagged, equipment loaded, footprint zeroed before guests are out the door.
- One number to call. Same crew lead from quote to pack-out — not a different person every time you reach out.

What we don't do
We don't do single-item rentals. Every event we produce is a full event — minimum scope is one of our pre-built birthday packages, or a custom event quote. This keeps quality high — every piece of equipment arrives staffed and ready, run by someone who's used it a hundred times.
Insurance + permits
Fully insured: general liability and workers' comp on all staff. We provide a certificate of insurance (COI) for any venue that requires one. We'll also guide you on what permits your specific venue needs — some we can pull on your behalf for a fee, some require you as the applicant.
