The rules for using this website.
The short version
- This site is for information and getting a quote. Browse it. Submit an inquiry. Don't break it.
- Pricing, packages, and availability shown here are estimates. Your actual event is governed by the written agreement we send you after you inquire.
- If you book with us, the contract you sign — not this page — is what controls the event.
Who these terms apply to
This website is operated by My Little Carnival, Inc., a California corporation doing business as The Carnival Fun Experts for the Orange County & Riverside service area. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
What this site is for
The site explains what we do, shows the catalog and event types we produce, and lets you request a quote. It is informational. Nothing here is an offer to enter into a contract; nothing here is a guarantee of price or availability.
How quotes and bookings actually work
- You submit an inquiry through the contact form (or by phone or email).
- We follow up with questions and send a written quote.
- If you want to move forward, we send a contract. That contract — once signed — is what governs your event. It covers price, scope, dates, cancellation, payment terms, insurance, liability, and everything else specific to your booking.
- Nothing is booked until the contract is signed and the deposit is paid.
Prices, package descriptions, and "starting at" figures shown on this site are good-faith estimates for typical events. Your event may cost more or less depending on guest count, venue, hours, distance, season, and what's included. Quotes are individualized.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for anything illegal or to harm anyone.
- Try to break the site — automated scraping at scale, denial-of-service, vulnerability testing without permission, or anything that interferes with normal operation.
- Submit false information in the inquiry form, impersonate someone else, or use the form to send unsolicited commercial messages.
- Copy, reproduce, or republish substantial portions of the site's content, photos, or copy without written permission.
We may block access from any IP, device, or account that we reasonably believe is doing any of the above.
Intellectual property
The site's text, photos, illustrations, layout, code, and logos are owned by My Little Carnival, Inc. (or licensed to us). The The Carnival Fun Experts name, the My Little Carnival name, and the logos are trademarks. You may share or link to public pages of the site as ordinary internet behavior allows. You may not republish or resell our content.
If you send us photos or other content with your inquiry (for example, a backyard photo so we can scope setup), you grant us permission to use that content internally to plan your event. We will not publish it without your explicit consent.
Third-party links
Some pages link to third-party websites — venues, partner brands, social profiles. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.
Disclaimer
We work hard to keep the site accurate. We don't guarantee it's complete, current, or free of typos. The site is provided "as is." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — about the site itself, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Important: service quality for an actual event is governed by your written agreement with us, not by this disclaimer. Nothing here limits any rights you have under that agreement or under California consumer law.
Limitation of liability (for the website)
Our total liability arising from your use of this website — separate from any event we produce under a signed contract — will not exceed one hundred dollars (US$100), or the amount you've paid us through this website (which is zero, because nothing on this site charges money), whichever is greater. To the extent allowed by California law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use.
Again: this limit applies to the website only. Liability tied to an event we produce is governed by the contract you sign for that event.
Indemnification
If your misuse of this site causes a claim against us by someone else — say, you used the site to do something against these terms — you agree to defend and indemnify us for that claim. This does not apply to ordinary, lawful use of the site.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about website use (not about an event contract) will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California. You and we both submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Event contracts may have their own venue and dispute-resolution clauses, which control over this section for matters covered by the contract.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the "Last updated" date at the top when we do. Material changes — anything that meaningfully changes your rights — will also be flagged at the top of this page for at least 30 days. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms cover the website only. The contract you sign for an actual event covers the event — including all the things you'd expect a real services contract to cover (scope, cancellation, payment, insurance, liability). If something here and the event contract disagree about your event, the event contract wins.
