Petting Zoo
Requires designated outdoor space with easy access for trailer setup
Guests can interact with 15–18 friendly animals, making it a hands-on and educational experience for kids and families.
Good to know
Live-animal attractions (pony rides, petting zoo) come with their own handler and welfare requirements. The basics:
- Shaded outdoor area Animals stay in a fenced grassy area with natural shade or a canopy we provide. No asphalt-only setups.
- Water access We bring water troughs but appreciate access to a hose for refills on hot days.
- Trained handler included Every animal attraction comes with an MLC handler who manages safety, queue flow, and animal welfare.
- Activity windows Animals work in 45-min rotations with rest breaks. Plan for ~3 hours of active rotation in a 4-hour rental.
- Welfare-first policy We pause or end early if temperatures climb above 85°F or animals show stress. Full transparency on any change.
