Decor pieces (balloon arches, themed signage, marquee letters, props) set the visual tone. Setup-wise they're flexible:
- Setup before guests arrive We arrive 1-2 hours before event start to install decor. Hands-off for the duration.
- Weather considerations Helium-balloon decor doesn't love wind or 90°+ heat. We'll suggest alternatives if your conditions don't work for balloons.
- Power for lit decor Marquee letters, projection logos, and themed lighting need 110V power. We bring extension cords.
