Good to know

Rides are our biggest pieces — they need real space, real power, and a manager-attended setup. Plan for these:

  • Booked as part of a full event Rides anchor a carnival — we pair them with games, booths, concessions, and staffing so the day has the surrounding texture. Single-ride bookings are available through our party packages for backyard birthdays. Get in touch for a quote on what makes sense for your event.
  • Flat, level surface Compacted dirt, asphalt, or concrete. Grass works if firm and level; soft turf is a no.
  • Delivered on a flatbed trailer Most rides arrive trailer-mounted. Plan for a 12-15 ft gate width, a clear driveway to the setup spot, and a parking space for the trailer near the ride for the duration of the event.
  • Generator usually required Most rides exceed standard household power. We quote a generator unless you have commercial-grade hookup.
  • Significant clearance Ferris wheels need 45-55 ft vertical, trains need a 50+ ft running loop. We'll do a site check before we confirm.
  • Manager attendant included Rides are run by a trained MLC manager. We do all loading, unloading, and ride operation — your guests just queue and enjoy.
  • Setup + teardown window Plan 90-120 minutes before event start and 60-90 after for setup/teardown. Doesn't count toward rental hours.
